HISTORY
Croix has overcome seemingly insurmountable odds to create his life by design. At fourteen years old he was hit head-on by a drunk driver while riding his bicycle. The neurosurgeon said, “If he survives the night, he will be a vegetable for the rest of his life.” He was in a coma for four days, in cast and rehabilitation for a year, and suffered lasting effects last many years. After the accident, life was a cycle of self-sabotage until he learned the tools and strategies he teaches today.
As a teen he became a rebel without a cause. Getting into trouble to feel alive in the excitement. Starting off with childish pranks, it escalated to grand theft auto. Being spared incarceration after getting caught at seventeen, Croix started to move in a positive direction.
Croix went on to become a carpenter just like his grandfather, father, uncle, and brothers. He became very good, very fast because he learned from amazing craftsmen in the time honored trade. While in his 20’s Croix began residential contracting and investing in real estate and became very successful … for the moment.
His early success and dedication to hard work to become the best became his tool for sabotage in his life. A single-minded unbalanced focus brought his world crumbling to the ground. He lost sight of what was important burning out in his career and personal life ending his first marriage and alienating his friends and family. While rebuilding his life Croix attended a personal development seminar that would forever alter the course of his life. He realized that it wasn’t his dream he was following. He left the family tradition of carpentry began the journey of becoming the teacher so that he could help others find their passion and create a life by design.
Today Croix teaches across America to packed auditoriums and personal one-on-one coaching. He is currently working on three new books and “SUCCESSxDESIGN,” his online training program that will bring success coaching to the corners of the globe.
In addition to setting new standards in the personal development world, Croix is also training to set world records in the ultra-distance running world by conquering the most difficult inhospitable environment in the America.
When Croix isn’t training or traveling the globe inspiring others he is “sharpening the saw” or writing in his home in the quintessential New England suburbs of New York City. Most importantly he is spending quality time with his two young children.
